Anyone on hereLike to fish for predators.
i love fishing for pike & have done for most ofmy life.
Have had pike to over 29lb from North Level main drain.
Also have qualified & fished in a few british pike championship finals with my best result a few year back of section winner & 13th overall out of abot 500 anglers

I was just in right sect of a match that didnt fish very well.
Within an hour of start i hads my first pike 5-04 & as i was bringing it in the chap on the next peg struck into a fish & when the stewart wieghed both fish he couldnt believe that they were caught virtualy the same instant & both hit the scales at 5-04.
then it was a 2 hour wait before i saw a pike strike at some fry nr the far bank so i had 1 set up of a small dead roach set 18inches under a small pike bung so pulled one of my other rods in & cast this out right on top of where it struck & just flicked my rod tip to make a slight movement on the deadbait & within 1 minute i struck into a pike that pushed the scales to 5-08 which gave me 10-12 total which was enough to give me sect & 13th overall

i havent caught a pike in last 15 years last one i caught ,was 17 4 ,also biggest pike ive ever caught

i love pedators ,i bet i cant get a better fish bigger than my personel best this year which is 28lb ,a big lump of a pike
