I do a lot of fly fishing on Rivers and I love it at this time of year when the river are shut to course anglers(no disrepect to them) but i like wade into middle where possible and sometimes i get grief of course anglers.

So whats wrong with fishing rivers in the close season if its legal and I think those that want go should and the others keep their noses out.
I pay a lot of money for my Game Licence so why shouldnt i fish rivers. |

i notice a lot of clubs who own stretches of river are now telling there members to fish with worms and ledger for eels an trout, with the hope that they will help to bailiff the waters, and help stop the poaching, not just the derwent either _________________
